Liam Howlett of Prodigy has told London's Independent newspaper that the band will break up, and later took back the statement.
"I'm not going to do another album," Howlett is quoted. "There isn't another Prodigy album. I went through so much pressure. I'm not going to do that again." In a later interview Howlett corrected himself, saying that was how he felt at the time, (probably out of anger).
He said that he plans to go into the studio to record and remix tracks for upcoming singles from their hit album, Fat of the Land, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard chart.
