Oasis Brothers Won't Shut Up

[10-30-97 Thurs] Oasis' brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher won't shut up, continuing their constant verbal attacks (as was previously reported) with ex-Beatles George Harrison and Paul McCartney and Rolling Stone Keith Richards. The Gallagher brothers are supposedly still angry over comments made by Harrison about Oasis in the press recently, and also to things they think Richards said, and they let out some more on BBC Radio's "Evening Session."

After calling Harrison and Richards senile, jealous old farts, Liam told DJ Steve Lemack, "If they want to fight, be at Primrose Hill Saturday morning at 12 o'clock. I will beat the f***ing living daylights out of them." Brother Noel continued by saying about Paul McCartney's new symphony "Standing Stone," "Sitting around with a bunch of lesbians writing, doesn't sound classical to me." Liam added that Oasis recorded a version of the Rolling Stones' "Street Fighting Man," "just to piss Keith Richards off."
